TRAINING
Phase 1 - Classroom Instruction
Any successful security operation depends ultimately upon the
expertise and proficiency of the officers assigned to it. Since Imperial's
primary emphasis is on preventative techniques, its alert, properly trained
security officers are accustomed to averting problems before they happen.

Training begins in the classroom, and Imperial Security Service
provides ample classroom training for its officers in the following fields.
- All aspects of general liability.
- Gate security and traffic control.
- Fire and safety hazards observation.
- Unusual incident reports.
- Arrest procedures and report.
- Alarms and electrical keypunch entry.
- Surveillance and switchboard operations.
- Radio and modern communications equipment.
- Inventory control techniques.
- Shipping and receiving procedures.
- Public relations.
Phase 2 - On-Site Training
Training is a two-phase operation at Imperial Security Service.
On-site training guarantees a security program will meet the specific needs of
the client. Imperial Security's supervisors and management personnel work
closely with the client's management staff to determine the particular needs of
the client. Utilizing this information, the security officers are then
trained for the individual account's needs.
